Booking Terms & Conditions – The Cow

  • Guests are welcome to stay at their table after dining, provided there is no subsequent booking.
  • A valid card is required for all reservations. No charge will be made unless:
    • A guest fails to arrive or cancels within 24 hours of the booking, in which case a £15 per person fee will apply.
  • To cancel without charge, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Arrival & Late Policy

  • If you are running late, please call us. We allow a 15-minute grace period, after which we may need to reallocate your table.
