BOOK YOUR STAY

CHECK AVAILABILITY

Checking In/Out

Your room will be available normally from 3:00pm on the day of arrival, with check in no later than 10:00pm. Check out on the day of departure is before 11:00am.

If you require an early check in or late check out please contact us directly by phone or email. All early check ins and late check outs are subject to availability. Late check outs may incur supplementary charges, please confirm this when making the late check out request.

Room Information

We have a limited number of bedrooms that can accommodate additional beds. These beds are available by request and subject to availability. There is a surcharge of £25 per night for children aged up to 11 years and £30 per night for children aged 11-16 years old.

If you require an extra bed please contact our team who will be delighted to help you finalise these arrangements.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome in the bar area. Furthermore, Rooms 1-6 (located to the ground floor) welcome dogs and are all fitted with external doors leading onto a private patio area. Please note dogs are not permitted on the first floor. You are politely asked to make us aware at the time of booking if a dog will be accompanying you during your stay with us; each dog is charged additionally at £15 per stay, dog beds and food can provided upon request. We ask that you please keep your dog off the bedding and make us aware if there are any ‘unfortunate accidents’. We kindly ask anyone who wishes to bring their dog into the main bar area that they keep their dog on a lead and under control at all times.

Parking

All guests of the Inn including residents and non-residents are welcome to use the car park provided but do so at their own risk.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. If you choose to smoke, please use the designated smoking area outside or on the terrace outside your room.

Door Locks & Key System

We operate a highly intelligent mobile phone-based keyless system. The RFID locks throughout our hotel enable you to operate the door locks with your mobile phone via Bluetooth. In the first instance details of this technology and how to activate the software will be communicated to you via email following confirmation of your booking. This simple process is outlined in clear, easy to follow instructions.

Alternatively, key cards can be issued when you check in to the hotel. Any physical keys you receive should be returned at the time of check out. Your key cards or Bluetooth access keys allow 24 hour access into the main hotel and your own room. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of these key cards throughout your stay. Failure to do so may result in a £5 charge being taken from the credit or debit card provided for replacement cards.

Fixtures & Fittings

Please note that the images of our rooms are for guidance only as furnishings may move around, change or be replaced.

Damages / Breakages & Loss of Property

Please report any damages or breakages as soon as possible. Any damages or breakages are chargeable at our discretion on a replacement cost basis. We provide bathrobes in all of our rooms, also available to purchase at £35. Any charges that need to be added to your bill will be charged using the credit/debit card details provided.

Payments

When booking a room/s with us directly or through a booking agent we will be charging the credit/debit card that is provided to us in full.  In addition to this, we will be taking a pre-authorised payment of £1 which will be deducted from the customers card and returned to them in full within 7 days. Please note that all bookings need to be confirmed and all accounts settled 48 hours before arrival.

Advance Payments

If you would like to make a full payment prior to the date of a reservation this can be done directly by phone or email.

VAT

All pricing shown is VAT inclusive.

Reservations & Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your reservation or no longer need your reservation please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Please be advised, cancellation after the 48 hours notice period will result in full payment for your booked stay being taken from the credit/debit card details provided.

Table Reservations

If you were wondering just how to reserve a table within our open plan dining bar, we have a policy to welcome everyone through our doors without need for too much forward planning. However, if the hotel is fully booked we have an obligation to reserve tables for our residents, equally if you are a non-resident wishing to book in with us please do call ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

Should you wish to visit us without making a reservation, a table may not be immediately available for you so why not enjoy a drink whilst you wait for and whet your appetite whilst perusing our new menu offerings ahead of securing a table.

We have a fabulous selection of drinks and snacks available at our friendly bar for you to enjoy while you wait.
